Default FYI: v4.6 install to USB Flash Drive success

FYI.

Successfully installed v4.6 to a USB key flash drive from CD-ROM (install46.iso). Zero install issues. Zero operating issues.

The v4.6 installer sees the USB flash drive as sd0 and proceeds without further consideration.

For speed, I used OCZ Rally2 (High Speed USB 2.0 Certified; Up to 32-35MB/s (read), 8-15MB/s (write); and Dual Channel Technology). In Toronto, Canada the Rally2 is priced like other brands "regular" USB keys, but is 50%-80% faster.
