Default Bizzare LibreSSL CVE

This CVE in the FreeBSD security site caught my eye. It references libressl < 2.1.3 but links the OpenSSL web site for documentation. I can find no such reference on the LIbreSSL site. Bad Link vs Pending OpenBSD patch vs Lack of awareness by the LibreSSL team vs OpenSSL cheapshot?
