Default pf.conf(5) missing some parameters?

Hi everyone,

I see the max-pkt-rate parameter at https://man.openbsd.org/pf.conf, but I do not see it at the $ man pf.conf. Can anyone tell me how to update the pf package to use this parameter? I am running OpenBSD 6.2.

When using the website, use the pull-down menu to select your version of the OS. By default man pages shown there are -current.
