I was thinking in terms of RG nets placing content on another users site without having agreed to the terms of use. Netcraft indicates their netblock is registered in Dallas TX - I wonder if RG Nets was either brash enough or stupid enough to think they would get away with this?

This is an old trick that some ISPs used to do and I'd bet some still do.
