Default Mouse and sdcard issue

Hi folks;

I bought an USB keyboard and an USB mouse for my ThinkPad.
Everything works fine until I plug in my sdcard : as soon as the sdcard is plugged in, I get a console message :
Code:
wsmouse2 detached
ums0 detached
uhidev0 detached
And I need to unplug the mouse and replug it in another USB port.

The unplug/replug procedure solves the problem once and for all. Until I reboot, of course.
I tried several times, testing several USB port, I get every time the same problem.

That's not a big problem, but still, it's annoying.

ThinkPad W500
USB Keyboard Logitech K120
USB Mouse Logitech K120

-----------------------------

Edit : The problem occurs after I plugged the sdcard in, regardless of whether the sdcard is mounted or not.
And I don't use the mouse in the console.

While I don't know what the problem source might actually be, from your description this has the appearance of a hardware problem, such as an issue with the power supply, or some sort of ground fault.

Well, could be.

The power supply is the genuine one, but I recently change the power supply cable, cause my dog chew the original to death.
Maybe the quality of the cable isn't good enough...
