Default OpenBSD support a CPU Frequency Scaling?

On this howto is explain how work for FreeBSD:
HOWTO: FreeBSD CPU Scaling with cpufreq.ko
while i don't found any cpufreq package on OpenBSD.

See the man pages for apm(1), apmd(8), apm(4), acpi(4), acpicpu(4), and hw.setperf in sysctl(3).
