The Crypto 101 book contained everything needed to understand complete systems including block and stream ciphers; hash functions; message authentication codes; public key encryption; key agreement protocols, and signature algorithms.

I downloaded and read quickly first 100 pages. Very low level stuff. It might do more harm than good to people who have enough aptitude to understand actual mathematics. One who can't type TeX should not write any book with mathematics content. Sorry no mercy I have very different standards when it comes to my subject.
