In case the usual News posters don't notice it, I thought I'd point out that Edward Snowden wrote an editorial in the New York Times:

One shouldn't trivialize such a serious thing, but as I know there are people on this forum who consider Snowden a traitor, we should try to avoid getting politicized. Remember folks, there's Reddit and all sorts of other places to argue whether it was a good or bad thing.
