Default Can't access www.OpenBSD.org

Hello,

Is something wrong with the OpenBSD website? I can visit any
other site but www.OpenBSD.org just causes Lynx to hang and
says it's trying to open an HTTP connection. I cannot
explore ftp.OpenBSD.org/pub/OpenBSD/ either, apparently.

Is there a way to tell if the site is blocking me? I recently have been attempting to install firefix via ftp and didn't work well either.

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.
