Default Racoon: restarting a particular VPN connection

We have a server running with racoon, maintaining three different VPN connections. If there is a problem with one of the connections, racoon has to be restarted, meaning that the other two connections will be down as well.

Is there a way in racoon to reset only one specific VPN connection?

Thanks in advance.
