OpenBSD fails to boot up on PowerMac 11,2
I have a PowerMac 11,2 with nVidia 6600 and 4 GB RAM and i just installed OpenBSD beside Linux and FreeBSD on it.
However whenever i try to boot OpenBSD up, it stops with this message: Code:
smu0 at mainbus0: cannot map smu-doorbell gpio |

The final models of the 11,2 had a change in host bridge devices.

OpenBSD detects and use the disks perfectly. My problem seems to be with the fans, not the disks.

This very recent thread on the ppc@ mailing list discusses your exact symptom, and eventually leads to the recommendation to try a -current snapshot. But at this writing, an updated status report has not yet been posted there,

I am the one who begun that thread. I already tried the latest snapshot, with no avail.
