I'm having problems with portupgrade :

** Proceeding anyway since NO_IGNORE is defined

Reinstalling portupgrade et ruby didn't do much.

My box: FReebSD 6.3-p3 , portupgrade-2.4.6,2, ruby-,1, ruby18-bdb-0.6.4

Any clues ?

You could try getting a whole new ports tree and starting from there. It seems like you have a corrupt installation.

rm /var/db/portsnap/tag
portsnap fetch extract

Then try again with portupgrade.
