Default install NetBSD (hpcsh-port) on a HP-620 ?

hi !

what´s the easiest way to install NetBSD (hpcsh-port) on a HP-620 ?

i´ve found some instructions about connection via cable to PC,
and then copying to the HP, but i don´t have NetBSD installed on my PC, so
how can i do it, any ideas ?

when i installed Jlime on my HP, i extracted all files onto my compactflash-card, and then started the boatloader, can i do the same with NetBSD ?
