Default Keyboard input ignored on sparc64 6.4 installer

I've got a Sun Blade 2000 workstation I'd like to try OpenBSD on, now that XVR-1200 support appears to be better. I've got a netinstall CD for 6.4 that appears to boot just fine, except for one thing: it totally ignores keyboard input. I know the keyboard works, because OpenBoot works fine with it, and the diagnostic messages during boot indicate that OpenBSD recognizes it and sets it up as wskbd0 to go with wsdisplay0 (the XVR-1200 main output,) but I can neither select anything from the installer prompt nor Ctrl-C my way out to the shell. Any suggestions on what to try to resolve this?
