OpenBSD - Default compiler switched to clang on amd64 and i386

But we don't know whether this way is going to be used. AMD driver is the biggest GPU driver and needs to be updated in kernel and added in userspace Mesa.
Moderately-new Intel GPUs are trouble-free choice for OpenBSD desktop/laptop, at least for now. I think newer compiler primary benefit is enablement for porting OpenBSD to newer CPU architectures such as ARMv8.

It's sad, but there are no plans to add new radeon drivers, so radeon support won't change at all https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=150522983810160&w=2
So currently my AMD PC is a very fast and very useless APU But on other hand they've improved support for my intel laptop |
