Default Mozilla attempts and abandons Firefox 3.6 upgrade

From http://h-online.com/-1357518

Quote:
Mozilla recently began another campaign to encourage Firefox 3.6 users to upgrade to version 7. However, the advertised update has now been postponed according to Firefox release manager Christian Legnitto, who said that the team need to ensure that their "server capacity is sufficient for release". Just yesterday Mozilla had reported that Firefox Sync, which is used to keep information including passwords and bookmarks synchronised, has also been suffering server overload.

Title is misleading. They're not abandoning the upgrade. They're abandoning the campaign to get users to upgrade. Unlike Windows users, Firefox users are most likely to upgrade on a regular basis anyway.
