Default Windows keyboard shortcuts

Hi,
I don't know whether this is right place to ask this questions or not if not then pls ignore.

I have a IBM Thinkpad which is running vista. As you all might know Thinkpads comes with tons of thinkvantage software's, which can be launched by pressing Fn + [F1 - F12] (Fn key followed by function keys). Now I want to replace these S/W with my hand written S/W.

So is there any way in which I can launch an .exe upon pressing Fn + any of the function keys.
