Post bandwidth !!!

hi guys

i installed a OBSD 4.23 as firewall&gateway in my network and it works very good and well but i have problem with bandwidth management and after 3 or 4 time of reading the ALTQ and PF , but i can not control the BW.
i need a sample PF+ALTQ for controlling these protocols:

tcp : http - ftp - dns - https ( totaly tcp=75% )
udp : dns (totaly udp=15%)
icmp: 5%
but : also p2p 5%
all of them may have borrow from each other ,...........

plz help me and guide me.
