v5.3 xfce 4.10 workspace switcher issue
Hello
Just did fresh install this morning on a dell precision wrkstation with 2 x quad core xeon & nvidia quadro fx video No issue with bringing up xfce wm but I opened a terminal in one workspace Then whenever I tried to go back to it from another, its very slow .. almost hanging .. Being noob on Xenocara, not sure where to look for troubleshooting .. Thank you |

Hello, and welcome!
Xenocara is just a packaging of X.org for OpenBSD. Being new to OpenBSD, you might not be aware of the limited support for Nvidia products. From www.openbsd.org/amd64.html: Quote:

It's installed, you just need to define it in a an xorg.conf file, or in a subset of such a file in the xorg.conf.d directory. See FAQ 11 for general guidance on configuring X WIndows and the xorg.conf(5) man page on configuring an entire file or a subset.
