Default kern.ipc.maxpipekva exceeded

...seems to be a fairly serious disorder, not sure what lead up to this, but looks like a reboot is in order. Should the maxpipekva knob be turned up, or is this just some fluke?

issue showed up after a clamav build went awry...

looks like native opera is also the culprit in this case as well - thx. If it occurs again, I will up my limit.
