Default change default font of the X

Is there some way by which I can change the default font of X. Like the fonts that appear at the title bar of the window or fonts of the xterm or the fonts of fluxbox menu?

i don't remember about fluxbox (i'be been using it a bit), you need to read fluxbox documentation, but

this i use for xterm
$ 'xterm -hc blue -fn -*-fixed-medium-r-*--14-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-13 -bc'
and for unicode
$'uxterm -hc blue -fn -*-fixed-medium-r-*-*-14-*-*-*-*-*-iso10646-1 -bc'

aslo try google .Xdefaults
