Default Stop beeping

Hi,

My laptop have latley started making loud irritating beeps when issuing
shutdown command. i was able to turn off the beeping that was caused by the shell, zsh. But i can't seem to get rid of the shutdown beeps.

Code:
# sysctl hw.syscons.bell=0
hw.syscons.bell: 1 -> 0
also put that into /etc/sysctl.conf
