Default Carp + Trunk firewall

Hello,

I'm installing a carp firewall using OpenBSD 4.5.
So far so good, I just still have to install 2 network cards and configure pfsync.
Each server has 2 interfaces for internal traffic and 2 for external traffic. I configured them as trunk using load balancing.
As this is a production firewall, is there any known problem or best practice using trunk + carp ?
I mean, trunk + carp is configured already and seems to work ok but does anyone notices problem using this configuration ?

Regards.
