Maybe you'll meet a new friend buying a new bike.

Happy birthday.

That sucks. Any hope of recovering the bike?

Linux is not UNIX! Face it! It is not an insult. It is fact: GNU is a recursive acronym for “GNU's Not UNIX”.

Not really ... Stealing bikes is something of a national sport in the Netherlands (I know, it's rather sad) ... I would sooner win the lottery than recover my bike.

So are we all pitching in to buy C.S. a proper means of transportation? like a ski-doo or a rollercoaster?

Cultural deficiancies aside I LOVE riding my bike(cycle) and sure i would rather win the lottery (new bike) than have my old one back, even if i still like my bike .....

I have been to the Netherlands about 8 times (from Germany by car) and let me tell you, YOU PPL LOVE BIKES!!!!! Do all the streets have that middle lane for bikes? and the lower added street lights for the cyclists? i have only been to about 4 different cities there but noticed it at all of them.

I love the sexy blonde (Dutch or otherwise) girls riding them ... oh and when they are "doubling" each other on their bikes mmmmm, ok slow down me, I prefer brunettes but hey.
