Default Rust programming language 1.0 released

Rust is a systems programming language that runs blazingly fast, prevents nearly all segfaults, and guarantees thread safety.

zero-cost abstractions
move semantics
guaranteed memory safety
threads without data races
trait-based generics
pattern matching
type inference
minimal runtime
efficient C bindings

From this point langueage should be backward-compatible.

And the good news is most BSDs have a port of it.
However, we all need a port of Cargo, the Rust build system, to take full advantage of the ecosystem.
If someone wants to get on that, much appreciated!
