Default inode size support for ext2/3

I have a 500GB external drive formatted as ext3, and so far I can not mount it because OpenBSD only supports up to 128 bytes. Does anyone know if 4.6 supports larger sizes or not?

Yes support for this was first included in 4.5, although I don't know if it was extensively tested.

Here is the original proposal/patch from Wouter Godefroy: http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-tech&m=122696368805152&w=2

OpenBSD's implementation of ext2 does not support the journaling features of ext3, but it should be able to mount them.

AFAIUI, all ext3 filesystems can be mounted as ext2. However, I believe they will then show as "dirty" the next time they are mounted as ext3 in Linux, but a quick fsck fixes that.
