libgcrypt shared version bump. UPDATING implies too much or not rebuilding?
libgcrypt has been bumped.
Freshports.org reports several
(40 ) ports
had their portversions bumped due to
needing rebuild (libspectrum, telak...)

When in doubt, go by the dependency chain
