Default Data modeling software

Does freebsd ports have any software that I could use to model animal movements to better predict where I should be to get pictures. Basically something I could plug in date/time/location/weather and have the software model/predict movement? I haven't found anything blatantly obvious in the ports repository, and I am a ameture wildlife photographer. Not a researcher.

This is a *very* specific question, is there public/free software that does this *at all* for any OS?
