Default location for wpi-firmware-.tgz

I downloaded wpi-firmware.tgz file but what should i do to the file? Put it in a location or install it?

What is wpi-firmware.tgz? If it is a firmware used by specific OpenBSD driver like ne3 then
you should add it with pkg_add utility.
