I send the first patch to @tech maillist, recive a first OK, but Ratchov explain that first patch maybe not solved the problem...and yes, he is right, the first patch delayed problem a little but remain.
The second patch is really a way for test audio hardware in other signaling conditions, the good of this is that problem is delayed very much more in appear, but same, this not resolved the origin of bug.
Ideas are very helpful in this case, I can spend time searching bug, but ideas maybe very util in this case for search a definitive solution.
