Default Fat 32 from Solaris

Hi

If i create a fat32 from Open Solaris Will i be able to read and write
from Vista or BSD?. i heard people are having trouble doing so.

All 3 of my other drives are UFS Solaris 2 at thie time and unreadable
from BSD or Vista.even with UFS Explorer.
So i need at least one free drive.

Also Exactly how should the line look like in my vfstab in Open Solaris
to mount a fat32 file

Thank You
