Default Flash in FBSD 7.2

I am considering installing FreeBSD 7.2-RELEASE on my laptop. I was previously dual-booting WinXP and Kubuntu Linux but the "upgrade" to 9.04 trashed the system.
The only thing holding me back on FreeBSD is Flash; my wife might well kill me if it doesn't work on my system. What is the state of Flash in the newest FreeBSD? This is an i386 system (P4m), so 64bit anything does not apply here. It would be preferable to get Flash 10 working, but an earlier version might be "good enough".
