It seems that following bhyve and vmd/vmm, now also NetBSD got its hardware-accelerated hybrid hypervisor (amd64 only): NVMM, with preliminary support for up to 128 virtual machines, each having a maximum of 256 VCPUs and 4GB of RAM:
