Unhappy Dnsmasq - logging of hostnames

In the config there's lines like:
dhcp-host=bc:ee:7b:5d:34:e3,machine-name-a,10.1.1.10,4h

In the log there's lines like:
dnsmasq Jan 12 18:31:59 dnsmasq[42421]: 38814 10.1.1.10/56156 query[A] edf.eset.com from 10.1.1.10

I'd like the log files to include the hostname in the log like so:
dnsmasq Jan 12 18:31:59 dnsmasq[42421]: 38814 10.1.1.10/56156 query[A] edf.eset.com from machine-name-a (10.1.1.10)
or something. Atleast both the name and ip visible. Is this possible? I have looked up and down the man page but couldn't find anything useful.

I'm on FreeBSD 11.2 and dnsmasq 2.80,1
