[FR] longer session times
Please consider increasing the session times for this forum. It's constantly logging me out even when i'm trying to write a post. The longer the better, IMO but whatever you can spare would be nice.

if one looks through this category's threads you can see people mentioning the short session TTL several times, so it's not just me. It's not the end of the world, but not being logged out while you're trying to post would make the site nicer to use. |

At this moment the session timeout is 900 seconds (15 minutes).
And you are the first in 12 years to complain that it is not long enough. If you need longer, than you could create your post or comment off line in an editor. And then paste it when you are ready to post.

IIRC Microsoft recommends 8 minutes, the Payment Card Industry 15 minutes.
If you login for the first time, the system asks you if want to be remembered? Did you indicate you want to?
