hi all
i have been trying to use some tcls script for eggdrop on openbsd and im getting the following error Error: error reading "sock7": Unknown error: 50327587 i have tested the same script on other linux distro and it works fine. i think there is/are a/some dependency/s or lib missing, as a learner its really tough for me to figure it out. can any one help? thanks in advance. here is the tcl script im try to run https://paste.ircnow.org/lmrohm3gl2jw5q78pavc cheers koustab |

From a very(!) cursory glance this could be a tls protocol error.
The script you linked requires two extra packages from the OpenBSD ports collection on top of tcl8.5: tcllib and tlstcl. Unfortunately the latter is heavily outdated (the OpenBSD port is still at tcltls-1.6) and doesn't support TLSv1.3. |
