Question OpenBSD end up hanging

Hello,

I have an Intel Atom C3758 based board that I developed. I run OpenBSD as OS on my board. Some features of the board are as follows :

LinuxBIOS : Coreboot 4.16
Payload : SeaBIOS 1.16
OpenBSD version : 7.2

After a successful OpenBSD installation, I run it. Sometimes it starts running smoothly, sometimes it hangs. I would like to show below the hanging state.
Code:
>> OpenBSD/amd64 BOOT 3.55
boot>

It hangs at this point.

What could be the reason for hanging here, Do you have a comment? Thank you in advance for your interest.

Possibly just needs the file system checked - & please use 'code tags' when posting lots of info.

('Go advanced' then '#')

This was my first post, I will pay attention in the next use code tags.

I installed OpenBSD to two different M.2 SSD, one of them is auto layout and other is custom layout which has four partition(a is /,b is[swap] ,c is unused and d is /usr). Both of them sometimes halting at "root on sd0a (07e16116310df1b7.a) swap on sd0b dump on sd0b", sometimes automatic boot in progres and starting file system checks.

Code:
root on sd0a (07e16116310df1b7.a) swap on sd0b dump on sd0b

Device freezes after different times after successful login. The time is sometimes 2 minutes sometimes 3 hours. How can I find the reason of the problem? If even having auto layout is causing a problem, how can I examine it?

From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M.2
Quote:
Storage interfaces
Three options are available for the logical device interfaces and command sets used for interfacing with M.2 storage devices, which may be used depending on the type of M.2 storage device and available operating system support:
  • Legacy SATA
    [snip]
  • PCI Express using AHCI
    [snip]
  • PCI Express using NVMe
    [snip]
The question is "which one of these three did OpenBSD detect?". The last option NVME has only been supported with a driver since OpenBSD 6.0. See nvme(4)

Because you did not post the complete dmesg, we do not know which one OpenBSD picked.

I don't have a system with a M.2 interface and card. So this is just guessing ....

I also don't know whether (and how) you could force OpenBSD for example to attach the M.2 disk using legacy SATA or AHCI. If one of these 2 work, it would kind of prove the nvme driver being the culprit .......
