Without any surprise, C and C++ are killers.
Java makes a pretty decent job as a non-compiled language.
Pascal surprises me, I would have thought he would have worse results.

Java is compiled to intermediate bytecode then interpreted by JVM.
I wonder which JDK they used (proprietary Oracle JDK or OpenJDK) and JVM.
