I'm looking for documentation for setting up Nagios 4.0-chroot on OpenBSD 5.8 using httpd (not Apache).
I have nagios-4.0.8p1-chroot and nagios-web-4.0.8p1-chroot installed on OpenBSD 5.8.
When I browse to _http://nagios.mydomain.loc_ (set up in DNS) the index.php page displays. _http://nagios.mydomain.loc/main.php_ seems to render the page properly but displays "Unable to get process status" at the top of the page. I think I'm missing the php and CGI locations in the httpd.conf file and I don't know how to configure them correctly.
My earlier Nagios documentation explains how to set up Nagios using Apache. I'm trying to set Nagios up with httpd. My config file is below:
Code:
#
# Macros
#
ext_addr="egress"
#
# Servers
#
# A minimal default server
server "default" {
listen on $ext_addr port 80
}
# A name-based "virtual" server on the same address
server "www.mydomain.loc" {
listen on $ext_addr port 80
root "/htdocs/www.skunkworks.loc"
}
server "mrtg.mydomain.loc" {
listen on $ext_addr port 80
root "/mrtg/canyon"
}
server "nagios.mydomain.loc" {
listen on $ext_addr port 80
root "/nagios"
directory index "index.php"
}
