Default Time is wrong

My time is wrong. Its 2 hours forward.
#ls -l /etc/localtime
Code:
 /etc/localtime -> /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Bratislava
That is corrent.

#date
Code:
Sun Oct 16 17:00:44 CEST 2022
Time wrong, i live in Slovakia, so CEST is fine. I think its UTC +2.

# ps -aux | grep ntpd
Code:
ntpd: ntp engine (ntpd)
ntpd: dns engine (ntpd)
ntpd /usr/sbin/ntpd
I chceked wireshark NTP traffic, actually i think NTP is doing quite a lot of traffic... NTP server and as well NTP client. Is there a way to disable NTP server?
Thanks for help.
