Hi everyone. I am trying to install Eclipse and Java onto my FreeBSD system and I have encountered the following error:
#make install clean " Due to licensing restrictions, certain files must be fetched manually. Please open http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp in a web browser and follow the "Download" link for "JDK US DST Timezone Update Tool - 1.3.0" to obtain the time zone update file, tzupdater-1_3_0-2007h.zip. Please place the downloaded file(s) in /usr/ports/distfiles and restart the build. .*** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/java/jdk16. " Unfortunately, I went and downloaded a newer version which is 1.3.5 and I pasted it into the folder /usr/ports/distfiles However, when I sudo make install again, it gives me the same error. How do I get this to work with version 1.3.5??? thx |
