Default Live OS with file system encryption?

Hi i am currently searching for some good Linux based LiveCD's which allows to have encrypted file system,i mean like fat32 or ntfs in windows - but it should be totally encrypted.
If you have know one please advice.
I already have livecd which can encrypt flashdrives - it format and installs crypto filesystem, but i haven't found for harddisks.
Regards
Nick
