Default exclude URL from caching at squid 3

hi

I have Squid Version 3.0 PRE5 installed on freeBSD.
Howto exclude an URL from caching at squid.conf ?

I've added in squid.conf the following entries:
Code:
acl url dstdomain .domain.com
always_direct allow url
cache deny url
and hope is OK.

btw. if I allow direct do I need exclude from caching as well ?
