Lightbulb D Bus error while starting gnome

I had fluxbox in working condition earlier and due to various reasons I installed gnome-session.

The install went smooth, I later modified rc.local. I can now get gdm login but gnome-session wont start with full functionality, there is no gnome panel. I can open apps from xterm but nothing more. How do I get to know whats keeping it.

  1. Read and follow the instructions in /usr/local/share/doc/gnome-session/README.OpenBSD
  2. If you missed the install message for any package you installed, you can use the -M option of pkg_info(1).
Example: $ pkg_info -M dbus
To see the install message for every installed package that has one, you can:
$ cd /var/db/pkg; pkg_info -M * | less
