pfstat fopen failed: ?

I feel like i should know the answer to this, i'm fairly sure i had the same problem a few months ago but eventually fixed it.
Have you tried specifying the location of pfstat.conf like so; Code:
/usr/local/bin/pfstat -c /etc/pfstat.conf -q -d /var/db/pfstat.db |
