Default yubikey configuration

Trying to configure my yubikey nano to use as 2fa through chromium for email sites and the like.

Is there anything that I have to pre-configure before I am able to do so?

I read the man page for login_yubikey(8) but I was not able to determine what I need to do.

I am using OpenBSD 5.9 -stable
