Default OpenBSD hibernate

I have a simple cron job set up so that my laptop (ThinkPad X220 running OpenBSD -current) will go into hibernation mode at the end of the night instead of simply shutting down.

This works 99% of the time but every so often the laptop will remain on over night.

Is there any place i can look to see what prevented the laptop from hibernating?

Thank you

Your cron job sends email to the job's owner, unless provisioned not to send email or provisioned to send it to another user. See the crontab(5) man page.
