minicom binary
I need to use minicom (a serial port communications interface) or a similar program on a very small computer that runs FreeBSD but doesn't have access to the port system. I was hoping to find a precompiled minicom binary to use, but I can't find one for FreeBSD; does anyone know where I can find one?

Have you tried pkg_add -r minicom?
After that works the same as in Linux.

"pkg_add -Ir" minicom hangs or fails whenever I run it, whether or not I run it as root.
