phpMyAdmin Unaccessable

I find myself facing a series of problems that I can not solve, in fact when I try to access phpmyadmin I mark it message Unable to access phpMyAdmin.

Are you still using Apache 2 (the apache-httpd package)? If so, you must adapt all of the instructions you are trying to follow. The instructions for all other packages are for the built-in Apache 1. (For Apache 2, the ServerRoot is typically /var/apache2, as /var/www is reserved for the built-in Apache 1. See /usr/local/share/examples/apache2.)

Did you, instead, return to Apache 1? If so, be sure to start Apache 1 with -u, per FAQ 10.16.

I almost managed to solve my problem, there is still some small things to tweak. I see there still some error message when I type url http://exemple.com/phpMyAmin/index.php it I see the following message
