Apparently its now possible to run Enlightenment (e17) on openbsd. I am using OpenBSD as one of my desktops, I'd like to install it there. However when I look at the availability of e17, it appears to be only in the current ports section. I really can't mix the release and current ports together can I? I also have a lot of packages I have been installing so far. For example, nano, xfce, firefox, etc. Is there any way to only install e17 and whatever else is related without having to worry about incompatibilities with packages? I dont really have anything i need from release ports.
Edit: Thanks in advance. I appreciate the understanding I've been able to obtain from helpful posters on this forum. |
